In the B2B realm, our customers are the doctors, wholesalers and pharmacists responsible for choosing and selling our 200+ healthcare products. By utilising specialised CRM software, we are able to listen, record and react to specific customer needs, increasing customer satisfaction and engagement through targeted promotion customized to their region.

By fostering a culture of data-driven execution and on-field decision-making, our aim is to elevate every customer interaction and grow our presence and offering in Sub-Saharan Africa, to make our quality products more and more available to those who need them most.

Ghana

Our Jejuri factory was audited and approved by Food & Drugs Authority, Ghana in 2009. Our initial operations in Ghana were limited to an import and re-export hub in Tema Free Trade Zone to service Ghana and other West African Countries.
