We proudly celebrate the 5th season of the Shalina Young Talent Award (SYTA) in Nigeria.
This remarkable initiative, held in collaboration with esteemed educational institutions and government agencies of the country, marks 40 years of our commitment to strengthening the healthcare ecosystem by recognizing and appreciating the pharmacist community.
Distinguished guests, including NAFDAC DG- Prof Mojisola Christianah Adeyeye, PSN President – Prof Cyril Odianose Usifoh, PCN Registrar – Pharm Ibrahim Babashehu Ahmed, and leaders of various pharmacy technical groups, joined over 200 attendees at the event. A rain of encomium poured for the SYTA initiative, the first of its kind in the country.
The initiative saw the participation of 3,000 final year students from 24 pharmacy schools, culminating in a Grand Finale featuring 24 finalists.
The live-streamed event garnered over 10k views, reflecting our commitment to building stronger healthcare in Africa.
SYTA remains a value-adding initiative, enhancing pharmacy practice and empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
