Advancing Action Against Antimicrobial Resistance in Africa

Antimicrobial resistance is a critical global health challenge, causing 4.95 million deaths annually.

In our commitment to addressing antimicrobial resistance, we have launched impactful initiatives under the theme ‘Educate, Advocate & Act Now.’
We formed advisory boards comprising of Doctors, Pharmacists, Microbiologists and policymakers, who would focus on various activities including development of customized antimicrobial resistance guidelines, conduct educational webinars, establish Antibiotic Stewardship (ABS) committees and train the Healthcare practitioners.

With the support and guidance of these thought leaders, we have successfully reached over 90 hospitals and impacting more than 350 doctors across Africa.

We remain dedicated to addressing antimicrobial resistance, safeguarding lives, and building a healthier future for Africa.
