Sameer Shah is the Chief Financial Officer at Shalina Healthcare, based in Mumbai. He leads the global Finance function and is a member of the Top Leadership Team, reporting to the Group CEO and Managing Director.

With over 24 years of experience, Sameer brings strong financial leadership from previous roles at Raymond Lifestyle and Godrej Consumer Products. He has managed businesses across India, Africa, and the USA, and has led key initiatives in M&A, digital transformation, governance, and cost optimization.

A Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Certified Treasury Manager (ICFAI), Sameer was recognized among India’s Top 40 CFOs by Startup Lanes in 2023. He plays a critical role in strengthening Shalina’s financial strategy and global growth agenda.
