With the successful completion of Shalinaโ€™s Young Talent Awards โ€œSYTAโ€ โ€“ Season 3 at the University of Kinshasa, DRC (3โ€“13 December 2025), we once again demonstrated our sustained commitment to building future pharmaceutical leaders.

Now in its third consecutive season, Shalina Young Talent Awards โ€œSYTAโ€ reflects our belief that talent development is not a one-time initiative, but a long-term responsibility. In partnership with the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 72 students participated in a competitive, multi-round journey, culminating in a grand finale with 6 finalists, senior academic and regulatory leadership, and an audience of 250+ attendees.
Our heartfelt congratulations to the winners of SYTA Season 3:

1st Position: Sangatuma Kimwanga Medy
2nd Position: Wembola Makambo Dorcas
3rd Position: Mikoko Nzinia Brandon

All our finalists showcased strong scientific understanding, brand thinking, and leadership potential, reinforcing why we continue to invest consistently in academic partnerships and youth empowerment across Africa.
