We invest significantly in developing the skills of our people and constantly seek to innovate our training methods. Recently, we conducted a Managerial Development Program for first-line and second-line Managers in Zambia, Angola, and Nigeria, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
This 2-day workshop was focused on experiential activities where participants shared best practices, learning new approaches and solutions from each other’s experiences.
The training aimed to enhance managerial competencies, with a special focus on driving data-driven decision-making and fostering a coaching culture. Over 60 participants engaged actively, finding the program’s realistic approach, interactive games, and real-life case studies particularly impactful.
We are proud that all participants expressed confidence in applying these learnings to real-world situations, contributing to a culture of excellence, growth, and empowerment.
